MENTAL TOUGHNESS TRAINING

  • Having played at every level in the world outside the N.B.A., we understand  the importance and value of having a strong emotionaly resilient mind. We want to share those techniques and teach you to be the most mentally tough athlete you can be.
  • Using proper goal setting, visualization and emotional toughness training; you will have the tools and be equipped to pursue your dreams.

SPEED & CONDITIONING

  • We will work and train with the exact programs, techniques and systems we have used to become successful as coaches and players in the NCAA, National Team, D1, C.I.S New Zealand, Australia and Italy.

PROPER NUTRITION

  • Teaching the importance of how food effects performance is one of the main focuses of *A* Game Hoops!!
  • When I learned how to eat properly my game exploded ten notches. I was able to play longer and harder. My quickness and reaction time increased, and my strength sky rocketed through the roof.  -Kyle Julius
