I found Kyle Julius workout was the most beneficial training camp I've ever attended. With its high physical and mentally demanding drills. I can honestly say I came out of there in better shape and a smarter basketball player. He is the best trainer I’ve had; easy to listen to as you can tell by how he speaks his knowledge for the game has great depth.
