KJ's workouts were the most intense and efficient I have ever experienced, They evolve around all the aspects of the game of basketball; from Defence and athleticism to offence and intelligence. The workouts focused on game speed drills working on ball handling shooting and athleticism while learning from the best coaches and developing ones basketball IQ and skills to prepare and dominate the next level. KJ thought me to approach practices aggressively and efficiently as possible while being smart and understanding my body for maximum results. Personally I have improved both my shooting skills and ball handling and in fact became a better guard. I also have got into the best shape of my life training with KJ and the rest of the coaches that were involved in his program. I have evolved tremendously and became a better player overall in a single summer. I am very excited to train with KJ again get better when I come back to the Canada.
